On this page, you can read everything about having children's and baby clothing made in the Netherlands.

Why have children's and baby clothing made locally?

Children's and baby clothing must be safe, soft, durable, and responsibly made. Local production has three important advantages:

  • Safety — direct control over finishing, seams, materials, and labels.
  • Better quality — precise stitching technique and fixed patterns.
  • Short lines — faster switching, easy passing through, direct feedback.

Moreover, European and Dutch standards are stricter than many foreign productions. This means: fewer risks, better products, and reliable communication.

What we can make for you

  • Baby rompers (bodysuits)
  • T-shirts & long sleeves
  • Leggings & pants
  • Dresses, skirts & playsuits
  • Baby sets & newborn basics
  • Hoodies, sweaters & cardigans
  • Accessories: hats, bibs, scarves

Our specialization lies in jersey, rib, sweater fleece, waffle, and organic cotton — materials that are comfortable and skin-friendly.

Soft & durable materials

For children and babies, we mainly use:

  • GOTS-certified cotton
  • Organic rib and jersey
  • Deadstock fabrics from premium suppliers
  • Hypoallergenic notions (snap fasteners, threads)

Do you want advice on materials? We help you choose during the production consultation.

Safety & certification marks: what must baby clothing meet?

Baby and children's clothing is subject to stricter regulations than adult fashion. We help you comply with:

  • Care label & material listing (mandatory)
  • Safety standards such as no loose cords for babies
  • UPV Textiles — registration requirement for brands starting in 2025
  • Correct sizing according to baby/child standards

Low MOQ – perfect for starting brands

Are you starting a new children's brand? Then you don't want to have to order 200 pieces per model right away. In our workshop, we can produce small batches:

  • Baby clothing: 20–40 pieces per style
  • Children's clothing: 25–50 pieces per style
  • Accessories: 25–100 pieces

This makes testing, pre-orders, and small drops possible.
